   I like the message! It makes sense to me but I found it cool that it has been studied and proven by scientists. It validates the credit union model and why it works for so many people – both employees and members.

   Good video and it explains why people volunteer, devoting their own time and money, to work on projects or with organizations with no monetary incentive as a motivating factor.
